What I figured too. Probably for the best. Will probably be owned when I get back though, cause of lack of training, which is a shame as I was on a 16 game win-streak. Oh well.

All these vague and meaningless responses... If America and Asia have the 1.02 patch, what is the reason EU doesn't? I'm a reasonable man and understand reasonable arguments, but they haven't given any. Is there any difference between US/Asia and EU patches so that they can't be released at the same date? I'm not so bothered by the delay, but more by the "we don't give a fuck, we don't like to explain ourself, please stop nagging us" attitude.

If they said: The EU patch got delayed because .... (insert reason), I'd have no issue with that.

Yeah thats why i downloaded only the catalogue for the ninja pack 2 so far and bought nothing because i was pretty sure without the update we re screwed. In the german store the same problem with the hot getaway 3 packs each 4,99 or the complete for 12,99. However even for some works to download the getaway outfits now all Outfits have to transfer in every EU Store without any problems or questions or delays there is no excuse especially not after nearly 1 month.

Yes that pissed me the most off from all, maybe its just that simple kinda "damn we forget the patch for the EU people, we have no legit reason"
but they have problems on all plattforms since launch in nearly every region but in EU by far the most.

From my personal opinon i think it was a huge mistake to deliver this game on 5 plattforms. It should be PS4 and Xbox One only to reduce massively all this mess, sorry PC Guys and Last Gen owner not to sound egozentric but thats how it should be.

Yeah, but they'd lose revenue from last gen owners if they went only on next gen, so better release a buggy game and fix it later.

I know, its all about the money since the PS3/360 Gen started with this DLCs and Season Pass.
Better Kojima brings out MGS V without problems, this arrives on 5 plattforms aswell.

Yes, we absolutely can blame them. Because their work culture is completely different to ours. From the guy at the bottom who moves the mail between cubicles, to the guy at the top who comes to work in a helicopter - everyone, (and I mean, everyone) takes pride and responsibility in their work.

Which means if they're chucking this shit out knowing it's a mess, they've already accepted the comeback that stems from shoddy workmanship. They expect no less, which is why they're apologising. And if you let that poor workmanship stand, you're as guilty in eroding the company name as the bad decisions that have put us in this position are.

Aspiration without accountability has no measure. Pride has no purpose if you have no peer to share it with.

Besides, Itagakiさん is the vision behind DoA. And he left the building a very long time ago. The guys left are just caretakers of someone else's legacy. And right now, as he rightly put it not so long ago, they're shitting on that legacy pretty damn hard.

This is the bit that really gets me. There's almost a fortnight between 1.02 going to approval in the US/JP/HK etc, and it finally going for approval last friday for EU.

Why?

1 Week after DOA5LR laucnh in Team Ninjas office:

Hayashi: Damn, all those people are so angry, what should we do
Shimbori: I dont know we need to fix the stuff with the Xbox People first
Hayashi: Right but dont forget the Player on the Playstation.
Shimbori: Of course not, but JP and US got highest priority we cant allow any backlash from our best costumers.

Few days later:

Hayashi: Shimbori, we forget something.
Shimbori: What?
Hayashi: There player outside from US and JP they buy our game and buy all those overpriced DLC?!
Shimbori: Why you ask?
Hayashi: Because i think we forget the patch for the EU Player
Shimbori: Haha, screw them, they can wait.

I reckon there could be many reasons you would have a problem with. And whatever reason that may be, they are obviously withholding it to protect themselves.
Nevertheless, I do agree halfway with you. They really should tell us what's going on.

Guys i remember thats not the first patch delay for EU something similiar happened after DOA5U launch but there it was "only" 2-3 days. Now 9 soon 10 fucking days! In every other game from an AAA production to a small Indie game updates/patches got released worldwide at the same time!

Nothing. My email is getting tossed around. Sony Hungary sent it to UK, then they sent it back, because they don't deal with cases outside their territory. TN asked me on Facebook to send them an email about my problem, but no reply from them so far.
