I would say spoilers, but the anime has been out since 2003 and the manga since 1989... and the manga is still going.

Yeah.. i still get goosebumps watching that fight even today, and I imagine I would with every fight. Music is top notch.

I sorta lost interest early in Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach. Kenichi looked promising but never stuck with it.

That video was pretty awesome. You should give Kenichi a chance. It's a really good anime, shame it only got two seasons though. I started reading the manga after I finished the anime and it gets really good.

I had Ippo for yrs but haven't watched it yet, maybe I should change that, and Kenichi is next in line...I'm also interested in watching Hunter x Hunter...the remake...pretty cool stuff I've been hearing about it, as an Anime guru I'm surprised I let this one slip under my radar.

I've been meaning to watch that on cruncyroll but it seems like its one of those animes thats going to go on forever. Dunno, lately I've kinda been avoiding new stuff and only watching animes that have already been finished. Getting sick of animes that go on for like 300 episodes.

I started watching the anime and think I made it around the end of the first season. Other stuff came up and just haven't gone back to watching it.

Also, I love this opening as it has a good song too:

Season 2 opener wasn't bad also

And one of my favorite parts:

Oh, and I do QC for Ignition-One on their chapter releases for HnI :p.

The only 2 animé I cared about this season are done (Lupin III A Woman Called Mine Fujiko and Kids on the Slope) so it's back to my regular programming of old stuff released in the lets-80s/early-90s.

EDIT: Actually, spent the afternoon watching Ghibli's From Up On Poppy Hill. Among the less fantastical Ghibli films, I'd say this is almost up there with Whispers of the Heart., Goro's certainly making up for Earthsea (and may yet be a worthy successor to the Miyazaki name).

I am now about 260 episodes into One Piece. Thanks to everyone who recommended I keep watching. It's definitely become one of my favorite shows to watch. I've also started Persona 4 The Animation so that I can be fully up to speed before P4A hits this week. Pretty good, though very slow in the first five episodes. Not a whole lot has happened lol. Guessing I'm only about a couple hours into the game storyline since I hear it pretty much mirrors the game.

Speaking of 80s/early 90s anime, I'm mad hyped about the Sailor Moon reboot next year myself.

It should follow the manga very closely this time, which means no filler, no consistently annoying habits of the protagonist, and above all... none of those dad-gummed MOTDs.

WHAT?! Sailor Moon reboot? When and where?!?!

Favorite anime of all time: Tenchi Muyo. Well just 1-13 basically, the last six episodes were garbage.

what's the deal with the Kenshin movie?
I'm going to see it the day it releases. I was overjoyed at the showing of the trailer before I saw a movie I cannot remember. As for a Sailor Moon reboot, this pleases me.

So I just finished the original Mobile Suit Gundam, and I gotta say, the show was really good. I really had a hard time getting through it in the beginning because I didn't like Amuro Ray, the main character, but by the end he finally grows into a man. I'm attaining Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and I'm going to watch that. The story of UC 0079/0080 really has me enthralled.
