Man, it's never been more noticeable than it is now that Lightning and Cloud LITERALLY have the same face.

I mean, I know she was meant to be a "female Cloud" but I think Tetsuya took it a bit too literal haha, even the eye colour and noses are the exact same.

The most interesting part is that Team Ninja is developing it. Some people have never heard of Team Ninja, they are getting exposure and doing this with Square Enix is quite the cool choice, I just didn't think that it would be possible for Square to do this if the big cash is not on the table here...and with the amount of cash Square always gets, I figured they wouldn't care. Now people will look up Team Ninja and check up on it's history lol.

Add Ryu Hayabusa, Kasumi or whoever as guest characters in that game loool

Yup, I'm hoping we'll see a Dissidia DLC Pack or have a key FF guest Character.

Obviously, if it's guest character route I'm voting Light but it'd be cool to see noentheless whoever/whatever gets collabed.

This is a great news! By the way I remember that Square Enix was already interested in the past to work with Team NINJA or at least with Tecmo, a merger that never happened because of the similar proposal of Koei:

On August 20, 2008, Tecmo announced the resignation of president Yoshimi Yasuda, to be replaced by current Chairman of the Board Yasuharu Kakihara as of September 1. On August 28 Square Enix announced plans for a friendly takeover of Tecmo by purchasing shares at a 30 percent premium with a total bid of ¥22.3 billion. They gave Tecmo until September 4 to either accept or reject the proposal. Upon hearing this news on August 31, Kenji Matsubara, President and COO of Koei, called a board meeting for the next day, September 1. The board discussed the possibility of a merger with Tecmo, and began discussions with Tecmo that same day. On September 4, 2008 Tecmo officially declined the Square Enix's proposal, and later that same day announced plans to merge with Koei.

I thought that I would have never see again the chance for Team NINJA to be associated with the Final Fantasy franchise in this life... I'm extremely glad to see that I was pretty wrong!

Can't wait to be #1 Cecil. Seriously though, that is pretty awesome news. TN is getting a LOT of coverage on a lot of titles lately and they have made some pretty badass titles for them.
And I really like the look of the game so far.

EDIT: Is the Midgard short clip at the end a part of Dissidia stages/story plot? or a confirmation to a remake of VII? I mean, I really liked FF7 but they dig too deep in it. Hopefully they won't make it worse than the original. Although, you probably won't see it for a long time. Not until FFXV and KH3 is done I believe.

Right now, I am a bit sketchy with the Cosmos and Chaos cast right now. I do hope they are not a replacement but rather an addition to the original cast. That would be the worst move done there. They need to be an ADDITION. NOT A REPLACEMENT. (But I will put my faith they won't do that since Lightning is still there from the video and she is not in the Cosmos and Chaos side artwork up there.)

Not adding Caius to the Chaos side is a lost inside joke.

Noctis, Zack, Snow and Cid Raines are interesting additions though.(in general I mean)

@UpSideDownGRUNT Holy shit you are correct! They should of added him early! his VA is one of my favorites.

Hopefully that isn't too difficult since Kain has the same VA as him within Dissidia, (Swapping them would be weird.)
