DOA5LR PS4: How to make the Season Pass work?

So I just received a Season Pass.
Downloaded it and everything but season pass-related costumes are still locked (except for the pass-specific Marie rose one).

Anything I need to do to unlock them?

I can see other people using ninja and senran kagura costumes online, so I guess I have all the packages.
Where can you see the downloaded/installed packages and choose to reinstall them btw? I knew how to do it on PS3 but can't find the option on PS4.

Just noticed that now all Ninja and Senran Kagura costumes check as "Free" on my PSN.
Does this mean I have to individually download all the costumes character by character instead of downloading the full package? D:
Sounds pretty lame...

Please tell me it's just a bug and this is not how it's supposed to be working >__>

Yes I think that is how it's supposed to work on PS4, you need to download individual items once. When you reinstall the content will be automatically downloaded installed. There is a menu to display the installed content for each game, but I'm at work and don't have access to my PS4 now.

I'm curious is all the content already available in Italy or how did you gain access? I saw an announcement for EMEA for the 15th and expected that they have fixed the content issues in the store then. Here in Germany I still don't have access to all the DLC.

You mean if I were to delete the full game (I bought it as DLC from the PSN) and download it again?
Yeah but that would be even more work, several hours to download it all again, I'll just get the content individualy for each character.
Very very very annoying though.
