Dead or Alive 5 not receiving Ultimate or Last Round title updates!!

Hey! a friend of mine recently downloaded Dead or Alive 5 from the Xbox 360 Marketplace, but we are not receiving any type of title update to upgrade to Ultimate/Last Round regardless of how many catalogues we have downloaded. any help or suggestions would be appreciated thanks!!

EDIT: I believe my friend pressed the A button, how would we fix it?

If you want update to Last Round you must buy the Disc version on X-Box 360, since Tecmo Koei pulled out digital versions of DOA5U and DOA5LR from the digital stores. There NO update to Ultimate from the original DOA5.

DOA5 (Vanilla) can't be upgraded to DOA5 Ultimate

DOA5 Ultimate can be ugpraded via Title Patch to DOA5 Last Round.

No. The original DoA5 cannot be updated at all. The only upgrade path is from Ultimate to LR.
