There are three different categories for the competition and from what I realized a first, second and third place will be chosen for each of them: sexy pictures could excel in the cute category (that seems to be addressed to the female characters), but again there are always the other two categories addressed to serious and funny topics.
Sorry Chapstick but I don't understand from your post what are your doubts about the "telling a story" thing (I would like to give an help if I can).

They said multiple pictures were allowed for the funny category if it's to "tell a story" with the example of that being Gen Fu throwing Marie into the air. Then later in the info they say "multiple pictures are allowed" and I didn't take that to mean you can submit multiple completely different entries, I took it to mean what they said before about similar pictures that go together.

It's actually both the things from what I realized: you can submit one entry made of one picture or more for telling a story (in this case just order them in a logical way, or submit the different pictures numbering the files); but at the same time when they say "Multiple entries per person are allowed" they are stating that you can also partecipate with more works (and I suppose without limits seeing that they didn't mention it).

Now, I really have to ask @snakeray612, what are you doing to your photos, that the image quality is so bad? :/
Still working on how to get it clear while using my PS3. It probably would be better if had a PS4. How do you get your images clear?

I found a great tool from a GameFAQs user back when I played the PS3 version of DOA5U, it will let you convert the save files of the pictures from your PS3 into .png format. Just be sure to have a USB flash drive and a Windows computer. There should be a readme file included in the download.
