Prospective DLC Pack Ideas

Okay the other thread is dedicated to what dlc costumes DO come out, this one is more to discuss what COULD come out.

More specifically, thematically.

So we've had full game reference packs with Senran Kagura, and Deception. There were some Warriors dlc for a couple of the girls before.


First off, I'm thinking we need a full Dynasty Warriors DLC pack.

For example, I'm thinking (off the top of my head)

Leon - Lu Bu (DW8) or Deng Ai (DW7 or DW8)
Mila - Lu Linqi (DW8) or Sun Shanxiang (DW5)
Ryu - Zhao Yun (DW8) or Yue Jin (DW8)
Leifang - Guan Yingping
Gen Fu - Huang Zong
Bass - Meng Huo or Zhang Fei
Rachel - Xingcai or Yueying
Rig - Gan Ning
Jann lee - Ling Tong (DW7)
Eliot - Lu Xun (DW8)
Honoka - Xiaoquiao
Marie Rose - Daiquiao
Christie - Wang Yi
Brad - Jia Xu
Lisa - Zhurong

I'll do a full list later, but what matchups do you think would work best for a Dynasty Warriors DLC pack? Or what other Tecmo properties would you suggest for full roster DLC packs? My other prospect would be Monster Rancher, where each girl gets a different Pixie hybrid.

IK this is something everyone's going to say, but I want casual and legacy v2 xD

I also want to see TN put names in a hat, and pull out two names, and it's kinda like a costume swap pack. It'd be interesting. If it were a dude and a chick like Eliot and Honoka for example Eliot would be wearing trousers of course (or even a kilt haha)

DW8 costumes are the best example of modern, classic, and chinese combination.
I actually expect DW8 costumes to be featured if it ever come as DLC.

Team Ninja lurkers better see this thread, ffs. And if they're making, they should bring it to PS3 too. I'll buy the full pack without second thought.

All above are based on the costume flexibility DOA characters need for their movesets. Kasumi, Ayane, and Hayabusa are covergirls/boy, that's why I match them with fellow covergirl/boy because I don't expect much from them.

A Dinasty Warrior pack has so much potentiality for becoming a DLC for the full roster and honestly I really believe that there is a real possibility to see something similar in the next future if the trend of the recent Season Pass continues: after to have got my mind I will try to post a list me too.

About other Tecmo series personally I would love to see something from Rygar (a game that very likely no one knows XD), but in addition to be a forgotten series the Deception outfits made already use of armors and so in the end they would be too much close between them

• Ninja Gaiden 4 pack (for Hayabusa, Rachel, Hayate, Kasumi, Ayane and Momji)

Probably VF characters not in DOA like Eileen, Aoi, Jean, Lion, etc etc. for characters similar like Ein getting Jean, Kokoro/Aoi maybe Hayabusa/Kage Maru

Dengeki Bunko Bundle (Costume Pack + Shizuo Heiwajima character) (additionally adds Tecmo Koei 's involvement in Fighting Climax Ignition, such as adding a character Ryu Hayabusa & Atelier's Sterkenburg + Warrior Orochi titular antagonist as a playable final boss)

Think about the voice actor allusions within the DOA Core, & the character traits & appearances

At this point, the only thing that'd make me excited for DLC is a contest for costumes not released on Halloween.

Also, I want to see a future pack. One where Hayabusa gets his Ninja of the Future, where Bayman gets a space marine outfit, and the girls get cute Space Channel 5 stuff with ray guns and stuff.

Minus the space channel 5, yes. I loved ninja of the future. I actually lost all incentive to beat Ninja Gaiden Sigma + when I found out that costume was removed from the game.

The next DLC pack should be launched with more stages. I'll take any of the above ideas provided TN makes more some cool DLC stages. I'm a little obsessed about stages lol. I think it would pump new life in this game. I'd even start playing regularly again.
