System Help,What is the true meaning of UNHOLDBALE setups?

I know when an opponent gets up,in the first frame he cannot hold .
But I cannot understand the meaning of unholdable set ups.
Because when someone gets up and is in disadvantage, usually he would just defend,or smash p to hi counter your throw,or maybe fuzzy guard. There is no need to risk holding because you are not in a stun.So people just won't hold much once getting up.
In my country I barely see anyone ever mentioned this technique.
Please tell me its importance.

If you tech up from a juggle you are opting to get off the ground as fast as possible to avoid ground damage. Doing so though leaves you open to the opponent to continue the pressure on you while standing instead... if they read correctly that you are going to tech up. Strikes are very popular as they lead to the more popular stun (critical) system to continue offensive pressure.

Ideally you'd be doing an unholdable that hits mid and is either safe or provides frame advantage on guard. This would provide you the greatest safety in the ground game as you will perform either a counter, hi-counter hit putting them in stun or knockback (loop), or you're safe from attempting to do so by having it guarded.

Thank you for explaining so specificly.
So this is about to force the opponent to guard for it is unholdable, maybe moves with follow ups or guard breaks would be good choices.
On the other hand ,unsafe moves with no follow-up may no worth the chance, even if it's unholdable, I think.

Actually if you're opponent doesn't punish you then those unsafe moves can be usefull.

Also worth noting is that if you manage to find a unholdable that involves a mid/low Guard Break which guarantees some other strike on block, you just found a 100% unavoidable attack.

That would pretty much make that an unblockable setup unless the player screws up the followup after the guardbreak.

Sounds like it's still unblockable. Same thing in VF so I don't know why we should make up new terms. Then again, these types of arguments end up with no one agreeing with each other.
