as long as i can get some color in the mix then i am appeased, for now.

Guessing that's side quests confirmed with talk of unique characters in the cities. I can already tell I'm going to spend way to much time wondering around the cities shopping and doing side quests instead of the main quest. Its a shame there isn't a female playable character because then I'd really go crazy with the clothing options.

I know this is getting way to far ahead but I hope Final Fantasy 16 etc just the next game in the series keeps up the new things this game is introducing. After 13 being so linear they really have gone to great lengths to correct that mistake.

For everyone who's still a little bit wary that FFXV isn't fantastical enough, I found this image from one of their presentations:

Everything will start off in Insomnia (Noctis' Kingdom) which is pretty close to reality and inspired by modern day Tokyo then, as the game progresses, the game and game world will turn more and more fantastical with highlights certainly being the city Altissia and Tenebrae Valley.

The next Active Time Report (the last before the big march media blowout) is going to take place on Taipei Game Show on the 31st in Taiwan at 11:00-12:00 local time.

PS: update on my progress on final fantasy 13 is that I'm on chapter 9. And seriously the grinding in this game is real! They kind of hold you back though with the Crystarium only opening up after a while.

Lol, you could take a little nap (like I plan to do) in the meantime and not wait through the whole night. XD
Also, there is always the possibility that the ATR isn't really worth the wait. :/ That did happen in the past... All they were talking about a whole hour was:

But they faced such a huge backlash afterwards that they even publicly apologized...so maybe they have learned their lesson to not betray our hopes?
