I don't remember exactly what sorwah said, but it has something to do with the system saving memory for the xmb overlay or something since it always has to be running which causes a frame delay, so its there in every game apparently. You'd have to ask sorwah about it since I was half asleep when him and grap3 were talking about it.

I honestly don't quite get what the fuss is with the X360. Yeah you have to deal with profiles, but you just sign into one profile and that's it. Switching controllers isn't hard as long as you back into the main menu. You can just unplug the controller and plug in another one without having any issues.

The only thing I'd like to see a game have is a specific tournament mode where achievements won't pop up.

The issue lies in the profile creating a signature with another. if a wireless controller is synced to the system it will be linked to that profile. So if the wireless controller is removed, a second wireless controller can't replace it - requiring a restart of the system. This does not occur if people use the Play & Charge Kit with a wireless controller without a rechargeable battery inserted.

That and, if the game is good, I'd like to be able to play as many different people as possible while also being to rep DOA5 in Chicago on either platform.
-That is reasonable. I really have no reason to get the ps3 version(currently), but I think I will get it just to have in my collection. May end up picking up both Sigma and Sigma2 as well(with ps3).

I thought it was a system thing and it affected every game?

You sure it's just not that capcom gamers tend to bitch more since reactions are tighter?

I've never eperienced the delay while playing BB, MK, sc(though sc has slowdown), vf, ah3 or tekken. only noice it when playing ssfae and hdr.

Uh, it can also be amended by properly turning off the controller. That is, holding down the guide button until you get the option to.

Well I'm really not concerned with Evo... and I'm pretty sure you all will be trolling xboxlive and not the psn amrite?

We can't troll XBL/PSN if DOA5 comes out and it plays just like DOA4/DOAD because, if we buy it, then we've successfully been trolled by Team Ninja.

If the game is better than Doa4....ie meaning "solid play" is possible, than I will be pleased(somewhat). Hopefully they will still implement the capability of updating the game later on.

I'm in the same group as grap3fruitman. If the game is good I'll get it on both consoles. I may learn how to play DOA on stick just so I don't have pad issues.

It's so much easier dealing with an arcade stick that can be easily modified to work on both systems rather than a controller that can be modified to work on both.
