You should choose wisely the number you put in "Costume Slot" field, if that number is used by official or mod DLC the game crashes.
There are free slots for all the characters but as new DLC come out they are occupied by them.
The slot i choosed for kasumi (10) should be free, if the game crash with it, check if you have some other mod using it.

I edited your post to remove the link. You also got a slap on the wrist that will go away in a month as long as no further issues come up. Don't link to sites that promote piracy.

Program DOA5-MM supposed to give ability to remove silly costumes at least "from random list" and randomize hair and glasses every fight. But it DOESN'T! Sheee...

1) The SC woman costume (better yet if you can do it in 4 colors and pack them into 1 costume slot), most of the girls would look good in it.

The random hair and details option is possible with immi's lnk reshuffle.

And one more question - how to fix Jann Lee? older versions of game don't want to see any custom costume. I remember it was discussed earlier...

You need to update your game to 1.04 to fix jann lee and then update lnk reshuffle to 4.7.

Very sad 1.02a much more comfortable to modify(as me sees, but actally i don't like 1.04 balance changes too).
I have Lnk_reshuffle 4.7 version but I point-blank don't see required options for randomization or it also requires 1.04??

I think immi has stopped making the newest versions compatible with 1.02a. You should update. The softwares are always in progress so we have to follow the move. Anyway I'm sure that the new challenger will change many things in the game. You'll have to update if you wish to play with Naotora next month.

there is no option for it. The dinput8.dll directly patches the game, so that when you choose the random costume option you will also get a random hairstyle/detail

not yet, but plan to do. Testing new releases with all the existing older version is just not worth the time.

i don't really want to keep an old 1.02A installation around to test it. Plus I don't really see any advantages of staying with the old version.
i can keep the support there as long as it continues to work. But when it breaks, i'm not gonna spend time trying to fix it.

Reasons are: 1 some custom dlc have endless load on non 1.02a versions, 2 pers reason: localization to my language, 1.04 crashes. 3 Programs: DOA5-mm for example doesn't work with 1.04, I like some of its' options for example - "remove" HUD, set it to 100% transparency 4 also pers reason - balance changes
btw - mb endless load get fixed if set another BCM version in DLC tool?
