im hoping this doesn't have the affect of "you used to be so nice Noctis what the fuck happened to you" admittingly i don't know what Noctis current personality is. but so far it looks like brooding.

I wonder how we'll fight enemies with Noctis as a kid. Also, shrunk Noctics running on a book reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. It's cool that there are these fantasy elements. It's cool that there are these fantasy elements, I though there weren't any like these xD
The demo seems not to be focused on fighting...though Tabata way back said it would have fighting...let's see how they do it.
Tabata also always said, and I repeated it often enough when people in here were like "Where is the Fantasy? D:", there will be just as much fantasy as in the other games, but it will start out fairly normal in Noctis' Kingdom, which is very modern and Japan-like and get more fantastical as they travel the world of Eos.

I was wondering this as well. XD Just a few days ago they still said they aren't there yet. But I also doubt they will release a free demo for the public which looks and runs poorly. (They would be torn to shreds for real this time.) This is Square Enix and this is Final F****** Fantasy after all.
By the way, here's additional news on the demo:
By completing the demo you will unlock Carbuncle as a summon in the final release of the game and that will be the only way you are able to obtain it.
Hope this demo isn't too difficult to play or understand for the Japanese again or no Carbuncle for them. XD

Omg that Is so awesome! I need to play this now. I love that by playing the demo I'll get Carbuncle in my game that's a great incentive to play the demo. Not that I'd need an incentive to play the demo since I've been wanting to play this game for ages now!
Playing the demo for bonuses in the full game reminds me of what they did with Final Fantasy Theatrhythm Curtain Call!
