you just match the numbers.

uv1 - uv maps 1
uv2 - uv maps 2
uv3 - uv maps 3
uv4 - uv maps 4

the same applies for any mesh, just match the numbers up. if the mesh has less the 4 uv, then leave the rest as uv maps 1

you unlock character specific ones by completing their command training. vf characters don't have them, and alpha unlocks donovan, but if you complete all of them, you unlock option to set opponent character, or your character as the voice
