Can DOA finally be taken seriously?

I don't see how a costume of nearly see-through charmin tissue paper (Sophi) is much better than a costume made of a series of stitched g-strings (SC4 Ivy). But iirc, people were more vocal about Sophi's breast size, ironically enough, comparing her to the DOA girls. Fans loved the girl characters and didn't like how they were being pushed in the direction of strictly fanservice material. IMO, I like the art direction for the girls in SC5.

No, people don't take DOA seriously because of scrubby decisions by TN that made the last numbered installment of the series un-viable for competitive play.

Well.....since DOA5 fixed all the problems DOA4 had, then hell yeah people can take DOA seriously. Plus the conter hold timing is much more shorter, I think its now 0/17/13. Lol noobs can no longer hope the conter holds can save their lives. Now the player must REALLY see whats coming or DIE!!! >:)

It looks pretty fucking retarded when you have players from SC, Tekken, and VF in the stream saying "Wow, this actually looks pretty nice." and you got Blaze responding with, "Yeah, it makes Tekken look retarded," or something to that extent. I couldn't help but facepalm.

That ain't how it started. Some folks were saying "Oh, DOA is up next? I'm outta here" and some other mess. They attacked first, not us.

lol you're faulting people that LEFT the stream because a game they didn't want to watch was up? I say the same shit any time MK9 comes up, because unless Tom Brady or Blackula are playing, I could care less.

How about you respect the games that people want to watch/play. After all this time you still want to get into interent wars on games you like/play? People hate on DoA for this reason that reason alone, you all get butt hurt and try to put a game on blast. Those other games have established communities for 10+ years now and even the newer games have more respect than DoA ever will.

Time to step forward as a community and showcase your game. No need to bash other games or attack second because someone doesn't feel like watching DoA. So petty . . . .

There's a difference between genuinely leaving because they just plain weren't interested in a certain part of the stream and rubbing it in abrasively in a disrespectful manner why they don't want to watch it as they leave.

I don't believe Blaze would've said what he did if no one started anything. We had talks about that.

That was not the time nor the place for that tit for tat mentality. It was unproffessional and quite tacky. We should never have to go that route. As a community, we will have to take the good with the bad and simply press on. We are adults and need to conduct ourselves as such. For those of us that are not, positive conduct would be an example to follow.

I tried to protect the rep that DOA5 had going for it. But when they had to bash it for ENTIRE series talking about: "No one cares about Tit for Fighter 5" "DOA5 is for children" etc. etc. I tried to keep composure. They wouldnt even give the game a time of day.
