Playing the witcher 3 something I noticed in the first cutscene before you start actually playing is that while both Geralt and Yennefer were naked, only her ass was shown (like 15 times). Geralt even got up out of his barrel tub with a back view on him and the camera stayed glued above his waistline the entire time he stood up. 0.3 seconds later they showed another closeup of Yennefer's bare butt.
The way Geralt was presented in the cutscene seemed more subtly sexual in a "look at this wet powerful guy but only above the waist" way.
Compare that to how a Japanese game shows men during bathtime

That's how it actually is, funny enough.
While there are women who do like looking at the male extremities, it's mainly the upper body that's the most attractive for women.
That's why you see that way more often than bare male asses(although that's more seen than bare female asses of course).

Well, I don't care if Cammy has nipples or not...but I think it's just embarassing for them to first imply them and then, after some time has passed, erasing them in a hush-hush operation via patch. XD
