Yeah it would be silly to not put him the game,he has one of the hardest styles in the Tekken series.guess we'll just wait it out to see if or when they put him in Tekken 7
I really think they're basing the current roster atm on popularity, that's why the vanilla Tekken roster is basically just fan favorites and new fighters which I think is smart for the sake of arcade revenue. If they had characters like Ganryu and Mokujin whom very little people used, it'd be a less amusing experience which is why I think they're just gonna keep those said characters up for console, notice how Miguel was announced but isn't on arcades? He's being saved for console because of his popularity standing, he's more for the western crowd, even Brad said himself he's buying Tekken 7 just for him, lol. XD

there's still hope for lei but Jun I'm sure won't make it at all for the reason that people weren't playing with her much,which is somewhat true,everytime I play ttt2 I don't see ppl playing with her online other than myself.
Don't worry she'll make it, she's not used much online but she's iconic and has been requested to reappear since T3, that's partly why she's in TTT2. She's one of the few characters fortunate enough to be popular story wise which is a major bypass on how often they're played, Zafina unfortunately isn't that lucky. XD

Yeah let's wait for that console release and yep i notice a lot of Westerners play with Miguel.
oh gosh I forgot about zafina(like everyone else XD) yeah she got it the worse,you can literally play with her online and get a guaranteed win because no one knows how to fight against her XD

Dont forget that Story Mode retells events before Tekken 1 upto Tekken 6 too so if not as a playable characterJun'll be in the story mode at the very least. plus, she isnt officially dead and someone needs to teach Asuka how to use her hidden power.
Besides, its very likely Jun will be dlc or unlockable, after all shes just a variant of Asuka now with some different moves here and there
Possibly the same could said for Zafina, appearing in story mode and/or post launch dlc

Wouldn't it be the other way around you know asuka kicking lili in the face? If you look at lili's tekken 6 and tag2 endings she always look's like she's about get hit first XD

Lili is a provocateur and Asuka is an impulsive shonen protagonist in a sexy schoolgirl's body, so whatever reaction there was from Asuka it would be the direct result of Lili being an alpha bitch oujou sama on purpose because she loves/hates Asuka (and probably wants her as her prince charming).
However I do think their rivalry has put a stop to Asuka's relevance and her mysteries.
Instead of continuing some other details of Mishima' secrets and having her play a more relevant role, they rather have her play a yuri fanservice comedy where nobody gets together in the end.
They could easily do both at the same time so pls Tekken 7...... Tell us what Asuka's powers are FFS!!

It's kind of hard to take Paul and Law serious after Tekken 4. Namco went from serious to silly when it comes to those specific endings lol

Paul was never 100% serious but they went overboard.
As good as the stage looks and as amazing the OST sounds, it always pains me to see sub-par performance in Tekken gameplay. Don't attack me for this as it is a showcase for the stage, but it's always been a gripe of mine. I mean it's decent in this video, but I feel like to really attract new players you gotta show the potential of all the characters so the game looks better than it is lmao xD
