Well Sarah didn't even get one and she already has her own in VF5FS, so I really doubt that Mila will get a unique one.

How do DLC costumes work if the other player online does not have them? Do they see a default costume or are the costumes pushed to everyone using a title update or optional free dlc?Or can you just not enter matches with DLC?
I assume the bunny & swimsuits are actually on all DOA5 discs but how about extra DLC costumes ? Same goes for stages etc. I have no idea how this works with other fighters as i normally don't care about this kind of DLC .

Probably like SCV when there was new DLC there was compatibility packs that would let you see those outfits. if you don't then you'll probably see characters in their first outfit maybe in DOA5 case.
The bunny and CE swimsuits are all on the disc, so everyone can see those, whether they own them or not. As for future DLC costumes, we don't know how those will work, but like Pupi18 said, they'll probably release compatibility packs along side each new set of DLC costumes like SCV did. If you don't download the compatibility packs, you'll probably just see the characters in their default costume.

Yes. Get rid of those shades and changes the colors of the rest of the outfit to better match Mila, and it'd look great.

Yep but a better top (Red or Black) and probably the cap she uses on the trailer with options of using it normal backwards and sideways. Shades on for #swag.

I rather like how "normal" Mila is. Her proportions are more realistic IMO. She's rather lean

I haven't been excited for a new character for DOA for a while. Kokoro, wasn't my style, I never like lucha styles b4 with Lisa, and I wasn't feeling Rig character design (even though I like his fighting style). But Mila being a tough sexy MMA chick has won me over.
