It's looking like the only ones with rare outfits are Lisa, Tina, and Christie. None for Helena, because I have them all.

You get a title if you unlock all of them.

I ran into the rare Tina one in Arcade mode on Legend difficulty (or whatever the highest one is). I beat her without losing a round but the bitch didn't cough up a costume. Annoying.

Never been one to care much about the fanservice aspect of the games. Digital characters don't really do it for me, though I do appreciate good looking characters. I'm mostly just annoyed that I didn't get anything for beating her. It's like being in middle school all over again and accidentally killing a Pokemon I wanted to catch. Bummer.
