Don't bother. I looked back where I heard it and the person has updated and confirmed they made a mistake. It was Tina's outfit from DOA1. They thought only Mila got a new DLC costume.

I can't seem to be able to find it on the eu psn store, anyone got it from that store?

The dlc won't be available in the German psn store, apparently because Sony doesn't allow free dlc for USK 16/18 games.

Down in the comment section the author wrote that the publisher doesn't want the dlc to be available on psn. Doesn't make any sense to me considering it's been on Xbox Live since yesterday.

The TN/Tecmo/DOA FB pages have been exploding with advertising it as free on both PSN and Xbox Live. =\

Wait, what? Could i download it from another european psn-store like spain and get the costumes that way or am i just screwed?

No. They should be there as soon as you download it. Tina's and Christie's were for me, at any rate. Haven't tried the others yet.So, I'm assuming you have to unlock them after you've downloaded them? I went to use Pai's new costume from the pack (I haven't completed any of the "normal" levels in Arcade, Survival or Time Attack) and it wasn't there.
I must admit, PSN users are really getting screwed with accessibility on this. I really hope this BS doesn't recur with future DOA5 DLC...

The Dead or Alive copies that come from wal-mart come with those swimsuits. I can confirm this because I had 2 copies from wal-mart, each with the (Kokoro, Helena, Lisa) suits.
I ended up selling my extra code, maybe I should've saved it for trading for the other ones.
