Online Pass Can't Be Used on Multiple Consoles for 1 Profile!?

I play DoA online at home. I play DoA online at this other spot I go to. Same gamertag being used at both spots.

SO, I enter my online pass code at the hut. Boom. I'm playing DOA5 online. I'm in it for the long haul with this game. I am happy to play DOA5 online.

Then today, I'm at the warehouse where I would also like to play DOA5 online. I sign in to my profile (same one I use at the house) I pop in my DOA5 disc. Go to fight online. Access denied. A pop up appears on my screen saying that I need to be an online pass.

Why?

I've already redeemed my online pass for the same gt I was using at home. Now I have to buy another one to use it on the same gt I already reedemed an online pass for? I even tried entering the same online pass I had already used for my gt when I was at the warehouse to no avail. The thing is I'm going to be playing DOA5 online frequently at both spots so why should I have to purchase another online pass when I've already redeemed one?

I understand that buying an online pass helps support TN sales when there are companies like Gamestop that sell used games for half the price (Game companies don't get anything from used game sales). That's cool. I'm with it. I get it. I bought the game brand new anyways. Collector's Ed. even. Moral of the story is I should not have to purchase another $10 online pass in order to play the game at a different location when I've already redeemed an online pass for my profile.

Have you went to your dl history and try downloading it again?

If it's like DLC you can only use it on one console at a time, so you have to transfer the license first then redownload it. You can only do this once every 4 months though

And yeah, that's gaming today. You have to jump through 20 hoops just to use someone else's savedata.

i haven't tried it with the pass code yet, but when I play at my friends I just download the dlc and play. After the xbox gets shut off it no longer works and needs to be downloaded again.

The only way you're going to be able to use your disc at another location is if you have your gamertag and save data on a flashdrive. You can transfer it back and forth, but it's a bit of a pain. :/
