Has anyone else had this happen in Ranked matches?

Its thrown me into spectating someone ELSE's ranked match, more than a few times now.

Which is irritating because it won't let me leave, because it's a ranked match. So it's a ranked match with at least 3 people, the two playing, and then me spectating.

I get that here and there. Sometimes it happens a couple times in one sessions, other times it doesn't happen at all. I shut off my Xbox one time because I didn't want to watch the match, and I lost my winning streak. Wasn't happy...

You don't lose just the winning streak, but also points. I experimented personally the thing: disconnecting by a similar situations, the game treat you like one of the players (also if you are just watching).

Well something just now happened to me. I have my search rang set to E- to S+. The Rank Match stats before the match started displayed I was supposed to fight an S Ranked Mila player. When I started the fight, I was fighting against an F Ranked Hitomi instead. This is the first time it's ever happened to me. Post-patch by the way ._.

I posted the same thing the OP did in the glitches thread. Same thing happened to me. After match was over, my system locked up. No buttons worked - except power of course!

When it happens, it happens many times in a row to the same people. If i dashboard it or accept an invite, will i lose 1000 points?

Its like an addiction. I know i should stop, but i keep coming back for more!!! I need therapy!!

But just an update. I only lost 700 points, but from all the times i was jipped with these annoying glitches or disconnects on the games fault, i want reimbursement.

I'm not sure if the ranking points deducted from disconnecting from a match were reduced after the patch. But, it's stupid that you get deducted that many points even though it was because of a stupid glitch that's basically unavoidable (unless you avoid ranked matches altogether).

I said that I lose points, but in no way they were 3000+ xD

Probably the amount was 300, from what I know the same of a disconnection before the end of a match (at least pre-patch 1.03). The only way to avoid this, is simple the one to see the match until the end. You could learn some tricks if the players are good, and all without lose your points being defeating.

In my case I sat through the match but then my game black screened after the end of the match. And I think it's because of the fact that the higher ranked you are, the higher the punishment. 300 points can easily be made up in the matter of a few matches.
