A fighting game with DOA and VF mechanics (?)

This actually looks quite cool. If this got recognition, this would be madness

This looks like it's using Unity's engine and removed the character contents with DOA panels and files. You could make a custom 3D fighter.

Still, the title sounds really generic and quite bland. Hopefully whoever made this can keep going and make a more fitting title.
