This had a tremendous impact on my gaming life. I preordered the game and the console on sheer blind faith, even after the horrid E3 presentation which showed the game at what seemed to be 20fps. Then months later I see this, and I was riddled with joy at how much better it was than DOA2. I could go on to tell stories of the first time I tried Christie on the sticks, but fuck it. This commercial man, this commercial!

I used to love that "X", erupting out of black. So visceral compared to what we see today. Hardcore gaming is diminishing all around.
