DOA5LR AYANE (Force of Nature) vs AYANE. A Follow-Up Match With A Lot Of Spinning...

A casual sparring match from a set with a buddy and his Ayane. We decided to run the mirror match to give him a visual of how another player plays Ayane in person. The MU in itself is weird because it's difficult to rush down each other with this type of character due to how easily missteps can get blown up. In all honesty I think he has been coming along fairly well all things considered. What suggestions could I give him to further boost his play? Any suggestions are fine, because I don't care if you're "high level" or if you have a lot of experience with DOA (or Ayane even...). I'm just interested in getting various perspectives.
