DOA5U HajinShinobi (Ayane) vs Radiance (Eliot)

I think it's still a good tool to use for that. In some match ups, certain tools with characters may or may not be a bit ineffective, however they can still be a good button in certain situations anyway because they may be least expected, which makes for good decision making at times with that fact alone.

Good example would be my rare usage of Ayane's BT6T and CB for actual CB damage. Rarely do I ever use these things in a usual manner, however they'll hit when I do because I never give anyone a reason to look for it.

I shouldn't use 66KK4 against Helena either because she can BKO duck under it. I do it anyway though because I have some ways to pressure that character to respect it.
I haven't really used 9K as mid range poke or whiff punisher since DOA4 since the 2nd kick can't be delayed anymore and Ayanes spin evades highs. Maybe I'll give it a try.
Yeah I noticed, and that was a good thing to do since it really helps him lay off pressure from other characters. His 5K and 9K are both i13 too, so he doesn't always need his mids to fight up close.
I think after this match is when I started to use 7p because I was overwhelmed by her jab and 2p

Ayane+Home Stage = A bad day to be fighting a strong Ayane. Big damage into okizeme is just too good. Fooey on everyone that seriously thinks this character needs a big stage to be effective. You're looking at just one part of the character if you think so.
