Comparing the two isn't really the best idea. Bayman's not about raw damage like Leon is. Bayman has more mix-up strings (including some that go into OHs), defensive options like the tank rolls, parries, expert holds etc. all of which Leon does not have access to. Leon does not have those tools. For compensation, he gets damage. Lots and lots of damage.

The one Bayman combo I saw do even 50% was all hi counter damage this sucks -_-
