Apparently some remaster games I got on PS4 also have similar BS with the length of 'checking content' kind of thing that's longer than in PS3 version.

you must not have much DLC, and you either downloaded DLC after the NXOE or DOA5LR is poorly optimized for the NXOE, which is not surprising given TN spaghetti coding

Not at all. I believe it's cause of the NXOE update. I NEVER had to wait this long before that.

Do you have a shit ton of DLC? Having a lot of DLC causes longer waiting times at the start screen.

So, through the Preview Program I got the New Xbox One Experience update. Lets just say...it's a headache. And if I were to opt out of the program, I'd have to factory reset my Xbox and reinstall everything. Pass.

Also, I don't know why it cuts in some parts, but you'll just have to trust me. I was waiting this whole time.
