  • I'd love more safe moves for Kasumi, but that is probably the least likely character to get some if any do.
Is this the first time DOA has had a death combo? Besides the DOA3 glitch I mean.

And even then, "glitches" in fighting games are what make the actual gameplay evolve amongst higher level players. Jann Lee's 6P reset in DOA3 is technically a glitch but it's a legitimate tactic and a very useful tool.

Going back to your Bass example, you had to have made several key errors to get caught in a Bass infinite or other death combo. At that point, shouldn't you be punished for making those key errors? That's how fighting games work.

I agree with you. I'm not saying it's a bad thing. Just that it wasn't intended by the developers. It's not like say Call of Duty where you could fall through the map by doing certain things and now you're invincible.
I hope DOA5 kinda gives me that DOAU2 feel. I loved DOA4 fluidity, but then the mechanics hurt it on a deeper level.
Just had my 3rd rage quit. With trash talk too. 3 rage quits and trash talk in an hour. Think I'm done for today. I'm just hyped for DOA5>_<
I got home from work and ran into 5 try hards in DOA4. an S just rage quit my kasumi >_>. Try hard day apparently.
