well in trying to figure out a way to answer your question, i think i found an unholdable? if hit your opponent with 214p raw , they can't hold 4p214p. so there's that. someone can probably test it better. edit: testing some more; it appears it only works on just a raw 214p, no stun game...

To answer your 2nd and 3rd questions: BT4P won't combo off of 4P naturally anymore, unless your opponent holds at a specific time. Other options you could use instead are BT4K or BT2P which either give you a guaranteed launch or a good amount of frame advantage respectively. The only situations...

I think her fastest move is P+K at i11 and her weight class seems to be welterweight... EDIT: Dammit pup. She's definitely not a heavyweight though

It no longer can combo from 4P though ;-; It's still a good mixup option though for people who try to hold the 4P stun. BT4K is the amazing other option with it as BT4K guarantees a 3P launch into full combo.
