When you breakdown the mechanics of the game it's just how it is.

The Japanese disagree with you, as do I. He's one of the stronger characters in the game. If you can't keep up, you're not playing him at top level.

And again, you don't know what "fact" means. I've elaborated on the concept many times but you still toss it out like candy. Take rhetoric, philosophy, logic, stats, whatever and learn what the word means before you use it.
