You'd better off getting Skyrim for Steam because of the access to huge mods with no limits. It's worth it in the long run.
NiOh is definitely a good game, unfortunate you are missing out on that but hey, everyone has different paths. I'd also recommend Witcher on PC but that one might be too demanding on the specs.
