im all for unbreakable command throws, but make them less threatening, especially for non-grappler characters, that sounds like a more reasonable balance. giving a character good pressure, mix ups, AND a strong throw game is stacking the deck a little too much in their favor.
it's like SF4 cammy, she has great mix, great pressure, meterless invincible reversals, AND a back throw that opens up a world of opportunities (unblockables, unseeable 50/50's on top of 50/50s, the works) , which makes getting grabbed by cammy even more scary than getting grabbed by zangief, T hawk, Hakan etc. but even THAT throw was techable
