Tekken and DOA right now are the best looking fighters out there for sure, which is sort of ironic in a way. 2D fighters like Street Fighter, DBZF and MK are more commonly known by people, but 3D games are much better looking. Just compare KOF14 Mai to the Mai we have, also, Street Fighter 5 is another proof to that.
Tekken doesnt even look very good, the models are kind of....dirty. It does have good cloth physics though. Injustice 2 definitely is the best looking fighter right now.
To be fair Injustice 2 is a pretty good looking game as well. You can drag 2Ds all you want but DBFZ and GG Xrd 2 both look amazing. If you don't like the Anime look that's fine, but don't say 3Ds flat out look better. Of the 3D fighters DOA will always look the best and have the best character design (Except for Anna Williams in T7, because damn.)
DOA5LR already pretty much looks better than Tekken 7 (especially the character models), so DOA6 will kick the shit out of Tekken 7 visually and likely SCVI too.
For 2D fighters DBFZ & GG Xrd do look the best, though Injustice 2 has absolutely incredible non-gameplay graphics (Dat NRS budget). Injustice 2's downside is that the gameplay animations look like complete ass.
I hope they up the graphics even more, future ready, because we all want to play this one for YEARS to come, don't want it to be outdone in its second year
@Force_of_Nature Mkx was a huge improvement in term of animations and i hope MkXI will set up the bar even higher.Nrs is inconsistent with their animations but it's less noticeable now, some characters are great but others...There's still a good marge of improvement i agree...It's more than acceptable now.
