I haven't been paying much attention to Raidou's return so it might be an overlooked move from him but it does look like Rachel's power blow.

The reach of this video. Just because TN recycled a move doesn’t mean a character is returning. NiCO got Naotora’s and Mai’s H+K launcher and I don’t see them returning.

I thought shared the opinion that Rachel (and Momiji) isnt a guest? And Honoka's move list is all about copying moves of other characters. If it is copied from Rachel, it could hint that Honoka copied it during the 5th tournament. At the very least, if it is taken from Rachel, it confirms her as a DOA character and NOT a guest.

That’s why I said technically, I don’t consider her as a guest but the people at team ninja do. If this move is taken it means that they just took that move, her moveset does exists in the DOA universe. That doesn’t guarantee Rachel is returning to the game.

But why would they give Honoka (a character whose whole point gamplaywise it to copy moves from others) the move of a character who wont return?

I'm probably being too hopeful over this theory but I'm sure a lot of people are expecting her and Momiji to come back as DLC. TN knows people want them back, for all we know, they didn't make it in the base release specifically because they know people will buy them as DLC.

Her power gives her the ability to copy moves but she also has her own moves.

I wouldn't take that as a hint tbh, Nico got a Naotora attack(s) and she isn't returning xD Plus no hate on project jill but I wouldn't take the video seriously, she's been making these flood of speculation videos for a while now in prep for DOA6 and they kind of seem a bit redundant imo since the game isn't out yet to confirm much yet

Honoka has Ein moves I see no Ein.
