Graphically DOA6 will blow the shit out of Tekken 7 nevermind anything before it. As for the "looks like a PS2/PS1" comment, do any of those scrubs even remember what PS2 (nevermind PS1) games looked like? I'm not talking about remasters too, I mean actual PS2 games... They're not very pretty...
