What would be the difference between pc and console?

1) Being able to play it on a platform that I own and that won't become outdated in a few years' time, forcing me to re-purchase the game on a new system or re-set-up an antiquated console to play it again years in the future.
2) Potentially better graphics/performance
3) Mod potential
