Damn, are the pro controllers breaking that easily? Was thinking about getting one soon after getting a Switch but I might not rush things too quickly in that case.
the joycons are fine, mine are still working perfectly so you can play with those all day, but i've gone through 2 new pro controllers in 7 months, those things are garbage, it's mainly the joysticks, they start drifting and then they just get stuck in one direction and that's the end of your controller, sticking wit joy cons and gamecube controller until Nintendo figures this out
I've had the opposite problem. The pro controller's been fine for me, but Smash did a number on my joycons' sticks, which is why I ended up getting a pro controller to begin with. Notably, though, it was only Smash that I had that problem with. Other games, I guess I wasn't using the sticks as vigorously, so I had no problem with them before then.
