I have been telling people Momiji and Rachel both are not legacy/veteran (whatever you want to call it) DOA characters since before DOA6 was revealed, and for that reason they were very likely not going to make it into the starter roster. They are however perfect DLC characters. People were so mad at me for stating the obvious. Turns out it was true, and now they are mad about that, lol.
