What forced tech? 1PK?

1PK? yes, and after holding a mid kick you can simply get a fake force tech with just 1p, and this is only after the follow up from the mid kick hold, and (edit) actually 1PK seems to be fake to nvm lol

But I did find that 6h+k force techs. I'm pretty sure of it, but the character must be laying on the stomach facing you.

You can usually do 1PK, 2K to force tech someone up after a hard knockdown.
