Yeah, thats why the Zafina > Momiji point is actually debatable. It also didnt help her that she was low or low-mid in both T6 and in Tag 2, as well as her design not being very memorable and her story in T6 not having a huge impact towards the events that would occur later on (this is also true to Momiji but her role in the story of NG is bigger, she also appeared in twice or thrice the amount of games Zafina did
