This guy says he won't buy it if it's too easy. That's petty. If that was the case. us fighting game players would only ever talk about that. Instead cool music , character design, general atomosphere. Difficulty isn't or shouldn't be the only reason someone should like/dislike Souls or any game for that matter.

Why do people always bring darksouls up in anything involving difficulty? XD for me I judge a game based on its darkness and depth, it's kinda why I didn't get MK and why idk if I'll Code vein since idk how to gauge it

I have no idea why souls consistently pops up in difficulty discussions when it's so goddamn braindead easy because you 1) are punished extremely little for dying 2) have to ignore a feature altogether (summoning) unless you wanna completely trivialize the game. boss encounters are lousy iframe fests and the only thing it has going for it are the levels. this is truly the power of marketing.
