I don't know about that one chief. Have to give it to KOFXIII (13) along with the music track behind it. Guilty Gear has some really good ones.
As for DOA3 menu, it's alright. Feels a little grey but it's tolerable. Definitely better than some yeah.

Visually DOA3/DOA2U/DOA4's menu looks good, but from a practical standpoint it's terrible. It can feel like you have to scroll too much to get to the category you want due to not showing every category on the screen at once compared to a listing like in most FG's where you can see every category immediately.
