I like the fact the batteries are easily swappable. You can get a rechargeable pack for like 20 bucks. its a pain in the dick to change the battery in the PS controllers.

I have rechargable AAs, so that part isnt so much of a problem... as long as I make sure to change the batteries as soon as I get the warning that they're almost dead.
The real problem is that DOA6 disconnects you from an online match if your controller turns off, which happens if your batteries come lose at all.
