I always saw Tengu as definitely beatable but there's something about her lack of flow/string routes that always made me not want to take her serious when fighting. Half of it is, I feel bad if I do win and even worse if I don't . I underestimate her whilst knowing she's definitely capable. It's a Zangief effect. Maybe.
