Cartwheel vanilla Pai was od yeah. I enjoyed Pai will admit. She was probably my second favorite, but definitely understand why people found her annoying. The shit she can do was strong business.

all I remember about Pai was her stupid cartwheel attack that was a forward advancing mid that was safe on block, left her BT, and had 16 frames of recovery, !BALANCED!, and blocking against her was an open invitation to stun city

And Akira was such a unicorn that don't remember anything about him, other than having no clue what to do when I ran into one

@Camel with 2 thumbs It was unsafe vanilla pre-patch. Vanilla Pai's cartwheel (pre-patch, was patched later in vanilla) however had a feint stun behind that kick instead of a sitdown stun back then, Max threshold it was a huge bounce. But they made it unsafe at the time because of the reward out of it.

But because that move was too good (since DOA you can stun people so why would you use it raw in the open at the time) they took off the reward system off of it, to compensate it and make it similar to VF5FS eventually, Pai was left safe there from the general raw attack damage output weakness with the only difference is that it's a sitdown now.

Honestly I never saw good VF character players apart from some Sarah.
