cause y'all who've roomed before for tournaments, you know how crazy we get, their's alcohol, their's drugs, we act a fool behind closed doors, the shit gets pretty nuts, so the idea of there just being a kid there is something i've never thought of or had to deal with

from the kids point of view i can almost see it making sense, cause you're young, you're hungry, you wanna compete and you realize this is just something to have to deal with, but as an adult I'd have a hard time being comfortable with some random child just being in that kind of environment, but what do you do?

Sometimes you just have to be that person and say "Hey kid. Where the fuck are your parents."

But seriously, parents shouldn't let these kids room with others anyway or traveling alone out there. Doesn't matter how much trust you can put to his/her friends, any shit can happen so it's about that time to tell parents like yo, travel with your son/daughter to be safe still.

Word, it does bring up the question of "where the hell are the parents?" in this scenario, and im sure most don't have the time to go and spend a weekend at a random venue for videogames, but yeah, either give your kid enough money to room alone (that's like roughly 180-260 at a cheap motel, and that's if they let kids check in alone, which im sure most don't)
