For example, Honoka & Marie explore exploding floor, Leifang stomps the exploding ground, Honoka falls or whatever, Leifang: "You seem strong, let's fight", Honoka: "ok".... Their gameplay is the only saving grace for them. But it's just so laughably unbelievable that Honoka & Marie are basically main characters.

The narrative could have been better as a whole. Honoka and Marie Rose were definitely the weakest parts of the story (or, rather, they were contributions to the weakest aspects of the plot).

Honoka to me at this point looks like WWE's Eugene if anyone remembers him. Every scene just gives me that super fan joke vibe. It's like if I tried to copy Brock Lesnar's F5 and then Brock saw me and said, "You look strong. Let's rumble." Like what? What part of anything makes me look strong?

Honoka and Marie Rose are absolute joke characters. And making her "related" to Ayane, I'ma pretend that don't exist. Maybe cause I played DBFZ and though the story's all over the place and it's sorta a joke at times, a big pro is that the Android 21 character actually feels strong like damn, this character got that it factor.

That's the problem: There are no real context behind a lot of the fights that take place, Honoka providing a load of egregious examples of what you describe. Honoka's connection to Raidou doesn't remotely help her case. As if TN is operating like nonsensical fanfiction writers.

Little things like that is something you would have normally expect to see in a badly written fanfiction.
