Well tbf Tekken has rage arts and rage drives and there is also have attacks that absorb multiple hits and some are safe but that's because of different mechanics

yeah... Tekken 7 isn't safe from cheap mechanics either. Rage Arts and armor attacks are some bullshit.
Also the netcode is better than DOA without a doubt but I wouldn't call it "good" at ALL :/

I think all games have cheap mechanics, they have cons but from what I,see people seem to want the mechanics removed since they don't want to have to resort to constantly throwing out the move's one weakness since it seem random xD
