It's a great tool, and an unbreakble throw. But I don't know about that one chief; I wouldn't say not being able to execute it makes her unplayable. She's not a Mishima. Alot of her tools are simplistic and easy to utilize, it's just are command throws. If you can play a grappler in SF though, you'll have no problem.
