Will have to agree with @The 4th phase , despite that even some companies can take advantage of this for even the wrong reasons, at least there is some type of activity on it.
Fighting games back then was a complete package and that's it. That's what you get. If something is busted in balance, nothing you can do. It's there forever on a disc.
If the game is busted in a way that makes it more deep and interesting then sure, broken games can be fun, but if its busted in a way that severly hampers the viability of multiple functions/characters and you just gotta sit on your hands and wait for a year, or years for a re-release that fixes the problems, then broken games can be whack (looking at you Arcana Heart 3 Love Max)
